IndiGo will operate flights numbered 6E 2000 to 6E 2999 from Terminal 2. Flights numbered 6E 5000 to 6E 5999, along with all international departures, will operate from Terminal 3. All other domestic flights will continue to operate from Terminal 1.

The airline operates the Airbus A320 CEO & NEO, the A321 NEO, and the ATR 72-600 aircraft. The seating capacity on the A320 CEO fleet is 180, the A320 NEO fleet is 180/186, the A321 fleet is 222/232, and the ATR fleet is 78.
As of June 30, 2025, IndiGo has a fleet of 416 aircraft, comprising 187 A320 NEO, 141 A321 NEO, 48 ATR 72-600, 28 A320 CEO, 3 A321 freighters, and 2 Boeing 777 aircraft. According to the company website, the airline also has a backlog of 914 aircraft.
