Passengers were unable to book tickets through the website in some instances, with the platform displaying a “no data available” message while searching for flights.
Multiple users also raised complaints on IndiGo’s X handle about failed bookings, problems with web check-ins and payment confirmations.
It was not immediately clear whether Friday’s issues were linked to the disruption reported on Wednesday or whether the earlier problem had been fully resolved. IndiGo did not respond to an email seeking further details.

The repeated disruptions come as a challenge for CEO Willie Walsh, who took charge on August 3. He assumed the role less than five months after his predecessor, Pieter Elbers, resigned following scrutiny over a major operational breakdown at the airline.
IndiGo faced significant disruption last December when pilot rostering problems led to around 4,500 flight cancellations, leaving tens of thousands of passengers stranded and disrupting air travel across India.
The airline held a 67% share of India’s domestic aviation market in July.
