IndiGo systems down for 90 minutes, impacts airline operations

Passengers travelling with IndiGo today will be inconvenienced, as the airline’s systems were down for 90 mins in the afternoon causing delays across the network.

IndiGo’s system went down for about 90 mins across all airports holding up flight operations. The system was rectified but flights delays continue.

“We regret the inconvenience caused to our passengers this afternoon due to system being down across airports for around ninety minutes. Our flights and check-in systems are operating normally now,” the airline said in a statement.


Airport sources said that flight delays will continue with the airline at least till end of the day today. “The system failure has led to a pile up and will continue to impact flight operations of IndiGo,” said an airport source.
