IndiGo has partnered with Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) to allow members of its loyalty programme, IndiGo BluChip, to earn reward points on duty-free purchases at airports managed by the Adani Group.
Under the partnership, travellers can earn five IndiGo BluChips for every ₹100 spent on duty-free products that are pre-booked through the Adani platform. Customers will be able to browse, reserve and pay for products online before departure and collect them at the airport.
The partnership will integrate IndiGo BluChip with the Adani platform, enabling travellers to pre-order duty-free products and collect them at the airport.

The collaboration brings together India’s preferred airline and the country’s largest private airport operator to enhance passenger convenience and digital retail experiences.
IndiGo said the integration will allow BluChip members to link their loyalty ID through a dedicated portal, with reward points credited within 24–48 hours of completing the purchase.
Neetan Chopra, chief digital and information officer at IndiGo, said the collaboration expands the value proposition of the airline’s loyalty programme by extending benefits beyond flight bookings and into airport retail.
Suchit Bansal, chief executive officer, non-aero at AAHL, said the partnership aims to integrate digital discovery, pre-order services and collection to make airport shopping more convenient for travellers.
Duty-free stores under the programme are currently available at airports in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Jaipur, Mangaluru and Lucknow. The companies plan to expand the service to Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati and the Navi Mumbai International Airport.
