IAF to showcase aerobatic display at kochi
An aerobatic display by the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT) and the Sarang Helicopter Aerobatic team will be held here on April 14 and 15 as part of the Platinum jubilee celebrations of the Indian Air Force (IAF).

KOCHI: An aerobatic display by the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT) and the Sarang Helicopter Aerobatic team will be held here on April 14 and 15 as part of the Platinum jubilee celebrations of the Indian Air Force (IAF).
Sarang Team, which will be performing at Kochi for the first time, will showcase the capabilities of the indigenously manufactured Advanced Light Helicopter 'Druv', a naval press release here said.
The display would be held between 10 am and 11 am on both days off the Marine Drive, Ernakulam. While the display on April 14 would be a rehearsal, the main show would be held on Apr 15.
Similar air shows are to be held at Thiruvananthapuram, Madurai and Mangalore.
