HoneyWell bags 2 business orders after Aero India show

BANGALORE: After successful participation at Aero-India, leading firm HoneyWell on Thursday said it has won two business orders.

India-based Jet Airways and its subsidiary JetLite have selected Honeywell to provide comprehensive global maintenance support for APUs fitted on their fleet of Boeing B737s and Airbus A330 aircraft, according to a company press release.

Seeking to improve reliability and significantly reduce operating costs through a fleet modernisation programme, Sri Lankan Airlines has selected Honeywell to provide maintenance services on its Airbus A320s equipped with Honeywell's131-9A Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), it said.
