Here’s how the carriers like Air India, GoAir, IndiGo have done since January 2012

The airline with the most number of complaints over “staff misbehaviour” in a single month was national carrier Air India, according to information provided by the civil aviation ministry to the Lok Sabha. But for most of the period in the three and half years to July, maximum number of complaints were lodged against Jet Airways and JetLite taken together, according to the information provided.

Market leader IndiGo and the smaller GoAir seem to come off best. Here’s a snapshot of how the carriers have done since January 2012.
