GoAir starts direct flight from Srinagar to Mumbai

SRINAGAR: GoAir today started operation of direct flights between this summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir and Mumbai.

128 passengers boarded the GoAir direct flight between Mumbai and Srinagar on the first day, an official spokesperson said.

"GoAir is committed to providing maximum connectivity from Jammu and Kashmir on its network by catering to various segments," he said.

The operation of direct flights between Srinagar and Mumbai comes at a time when Kashmir Valley is gearing up for the tourist season, he said.
