GoAir Bhubaneswar-Mumbai flight diverted after bomb scare, plane makes emergency landing in Nagpur

"After deplaning the 150 passengers, checks were conducted by the airport security and there was no bomb found onboard the aircraft," it added.

MUMBAI: A GoAir Bhubaneswar- Mumbai flight was diverted to and landed in Nagpur after a bomb scare.

The flight "G8 243 took off from Bhubaneshwar to Mumbai at 8.20 am and post receiving the bomb threat call, was diverted to Nagpur and landed at 9.29 am," the airline said in a release.

"After deplaning the 150 passengers, checks were conducted by the airport security and there was no bomb found onboard the aircraft," it added.

The local police at Bhubaneswar is now investigating the matter, Go Air said.
