MUMBAI: Offshore helicopter company Global Vectra Helicorp, part of the UK-based Vectra group, posted a net profit at Rs 5.3 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2006.

The profit was on higher income from operations at Rs 40.2 crore, as compared with Rs 25.6 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
