CHENNAI: Five Air India flights, including three international services, were cancelled here in view of the strike by a section of pilots of the national carrier which entered the second day on Sunday.

The flights to Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Colombo scheduled to leave in the afternoon were cancelled due to the strike, airport officials said.

In the domestic sector, the airlines' flight to Mumbai and Delhi were cancelled, they said, adding arrangements were being made to accommodate the passengers on alternative flights.

The pilots are protesting reduction in their productivity-linked incentives.
