Etihad Airways, the national airline of United Arab Emirates, today introduced e-ticketing for Indian passengers.

NEW DELHI: Etihad Airways, the national airline of United Arab Emirates, today introduced e-ticketing for Indian passengers.
"As part of our ongoing initiatives in Indian market for our guests, Etihad has introduced e-ticketing, simplifying the way guest organises and book their travel. Now guests will be able to obtain their e-ticket using minimal time and effort," Etihad Airways North India and Nepal area manager Dougie Douglas said.
The introduction of the new system has also helped Etihad in meeting the International Airport Transport Association (IATA) deadline for all airlines to use e-ticketing only, which is scheduled for the end of 2007.
