A Delhi-bound Air India plane was grounded when the pilot detected some technical snag just before take off on the runway

PATNA: A Delhi-bound Air India plane was grounded when the pilot detected some technical snag just before take off on the runway at the Jaiprakash Narayan Airport here.

As the 408 Patna-New Delhi Air India flight was readying for take off, its pilot sensed some snag on the basis of some unusual sound from the engine.

He returned the plane to the starting position, Director of Patna Airport Arvind Dubey told PTI.

No harm was caused to the passengers who were later sent on their journey through different flights by the Air India, he added.
