The Supreme Court on Friday took note of the Swiss financial services firm Credit Suisse's submissions that CMD Ajay Singh-led SpiceJet has cleared all the outstanding dues and is no longer in default as on date in a $24 million payment dispute.

However, the apex court has posted the case for a hearing in July to ensure the company doesn't default again, as it did in the past.

“Matter should be taken up after three months to ensure that they don’t default as they have been doing in the past,” the apex court said in its order while posting the matter for further hearing in July.

The SC had last month asked SpiceJet to clear its outstanding dues of $1.25 million by March 15 to Credit Suisse. It had also asked SpiceJet's Singh to be present before it on March 22.
