CCI okays Adani's 23.5% buy in Mumbai International Airport

Adani Properties Private Limited is set to acquire 13.5% stake in MIAL from Bid Services Division (Mauritius) Limited and 10% stake from ACSA Global Limited.

New Delhi: The competition watchdog on Thursday approved the acquisition of 23.5% stake in Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) by Adani Properties Private Limited (APPL). APPL is set to acquire 13.5% stake in MIAL from Bid Services Division (Mauritius) Limited and 10% stake from ACSA Global Limited.

"The Competition Commission of India (CCI) approves the acquisition of shareholdings in MIAL by Adani Properties Private Limited from Bid Services Division (Mauritius) Limited and ACSA Global Limited," CCI said. The CCI has also approved an additional acquisition of 3.28% stake in logistics company Delhivery by the SVF Doorbell Cayman Ltd.
