BS Bhullar appointed new Director Deneral of DGCA

NEW DELHI: The government today announced the appointment of B S Bhullar, an Indian Administrative Services officer from UP cadre, as the new DG of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation ( DGCA).

In an order the government said: “B S Bhullar IAS (UP-86) additional secretary in the ministry of civil aviation (has been appointed) as director general civil aviation in the rank and pay of additional secretary,” said a government announcement.

Bhullar was holding the additional charge of the DGCA chief since July this year, after it fell vacant as the then DG had been transferred to labour ministry on promotion.
