Aequs will make the parts at its aerospace machining facility at Belagavi, Karnataka. It was purpose-built to manufacture aerospace machined components for Airbus.
Airbus annual procurement from India in 2015 was over $500, up 15% on 2014. Overall, Airbus’ procurement from India has grown 16 times in the last decade.
