BA offers special schemes for students
British Airways on Monday announced a special scheme for students, which will enable them to carry 23 kilogram extra luggage without paying any extra amount.

NEW DELHI: British Airways on Monday announced a special scheme for students, which will enable them to carry 23 kilogram extra luggage without paying any extra amount.
The special scheme would be valid for students travelling between July 1 and September 30, a statement from British Airways said.
"The beginning of the academic year is the time we have the maximum number of students travelling with us. Our aim is to provide an opportunity to young scholars to plan their trip that suits their budgets and allows them to carry all that they want in addition their existing baggage allowance," British Airways' Area Commercial Manager South Asia Amanda Amos said.
The airliner had recently introduced a number of promotional fares for UK-bound flights from Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.
