The airline will also begin operations from Udaipur on October 15 as part of its plans to expand connectivity in the state, according to a statement.
The first flight from Jaipur to Bengaluru will depart at 11.30 am on Sunday and arrive at 2 pm.

Akasa Air Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer Anand Srinivasan said Rajasthan is a natural extension of the airline's network expansion plans.
"Jaipur has a mature and diversified travel market, and connecting it with Mumbai and Bengaluru allows us to serve strong traffic flows across multiple segments," he said.
Srinivasan said the airline would focus on expanding its presence in Rajasthan and offering passengers more travel options.
According to the flight schedule, the daily Mumbai-Jaipur service will depart Mumbai at 9.10 am and reach Jaipur at 11.10 am, while the return flight will leave Jaipur at noon.
The Bengaluru-Jaipur flight will arrive at 10.50 am, with the return service departing at 11.30 am.
