Air India to bring Bhuj on the map of its domestic network
Air India will soon bring Bhuj on the map of its domestic network. The airline will link the Kutch city and Mumbai with a direct flight from May 15, 2014, with a CRJ aircraft.
The flight will be operated by Alliance Air, the wholly owned subsidiary of Air India, five days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
The erstwhile Indian Airlines used to operate flights to Bhuj. The airlines played a stellar role in relief operations following the massive earthquake in Bhuj in 2001.
