Air India offers same fare as Rajdhani! Delhi-Mum tickets may cost as low as Rs 2,870

NEW DELHI: Last-minute fares between Delhi and Mumbai may fall to as low as Rs 2,870 with the national carrier Air India announcing to match last minute airfares to second AC of Rajdhani Express.

These last-minute fares will only be available for passengers, who had booked on Rajdhani Express but could not get a confirm ticket.

These tickets can either be booked at airport ticket counters or at Air India's website.

"Air India will now match Rajdhani II A fares on Delhi - Mumbai, Delhi - Chennai, Delhi - Bengaluru and Delhi - Kolkata and vice versa sectors," said a senior Air India official, who did not want to be identified.

The official added that these tickets an be booked within four hours of the departure time of the flight.

This offer is an extension of the recently announced offer, where Air India was offering Flight tickets to passengers, who have booked on Rajdhani Express, but could not get a confirm ticket.
