Air India launches dedicated phones for flight update in fog season

The airline has set up dedicated telephone numbers in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, in addition to its toll-free call centre, a spokesperson said.

NEW DELHI: Ahead of the fog season, Air India has beefed up its telephone network in four major metros in addition to its all-India toll-free call centre to provide latest status of its flights.

The airline has set up dedicated telephone numbers in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, in addition to its toll-free call centre, a spokesperson said.

These lines will be dedicated to provide information on the status of Air India flights round the clock, all seven days of the week, he added.

The numbers are - 011-49637522, 011-25653385 for Delhi, 022-66858097, 022-26168250 for Mumbai, 033-25119982, 08336918921 for Kolkata and 044-22562011, 044-22566002 for Chennai.
