Domestic fares start at Rs 1,279, while international flights begin at Rs 4,279. These prices cover travel from 19 August 2025 to 31 March 2026, coinciding with India’s vibrant festive season, including Onam, Durga Puja, Deepawali, and Christmas.
Flexible fares to suit every traveller
The airline offers several fare categories to meet different needs. “Xpress Lite” is a budget-friendly option without check-in baggage, available only on the official website. This fare begins at Rs 1,279 domestically and Rs 4,279 internationally.For travellers who prefer to carry check-in baggage, “Xpress Value” fares start at Rs 1,379 for domestic and Rs 4,479 for international flights.
For a more comfortable journey, “Xpress Biz” provides a premium cabin experience with seat pitches up to 58 inches. This option is now available on more than 40 new aircraft added during the airline’s recent expansion.
Extra benefits for loyalty members and special groups
Loyalty programme members receive significant discounts, including 25% off Xpress Biz fares and 20% off additional baggage fees, hot meals branded ‘Gourmair,’ seat selection, priority services, and upgrades.The airline also continues to offer special fares and advantages for students, senior citizens, armed forces personnel, and their dependents, ensuring broad access to affordable travel across India.
Expanding fleet and growing network
With a fleet of 116 aircraft, Air India Express operates over 500 daily flights. It connects 38 domestic and 17 international destinations, linking metros, non-metros, and emerging cities alike.The airline emphasises its strong connection to India’s cultural heritage through its “Tales of India” initiative. Each aircraft tail showcases traditional Indian textile designs such as Bandhani, Ajrakh, Patola, Warli, Aipan, and Kalamkari.
