Air India Express flight AIX 1253, operating from Varanasi to Delhi, was diverted to Lucknow as a precautionary measure after the crew detected a technical issue on Thursday.

The aircraft landed safely in Lucknow, and all passengers were provided refreshments upon arrival. Air India Express said arrangements were being made on priority for an alternative aircraft to transport the passengers to Delhi.
