Air Deccan hikes fuel surcharge by Rs 100
Air Deccan has announced fuel surcharge will be hiked by Rs 100 and will be revised to Rs 750 from the existing Rs 650.
The hike will be applicable to all bookings made on or after September 20, ’06 and will not apply to tickets booked or purchased before September 20, ’06. It has also launched flights to Madurai and Tirupati from Bangalore. Operations will commence October 30, ’06 and the sector will be serviced by a 48-seater ATR 42-500.
Air Deccan is launching a flight from Bangalore to Vishakapatnam via Tirupati and from Bangalore to Jaipur via Mumbai October 30. While the Vishakapatnam sector will be serviced by an ATR 42-500, an Airbus A 320 will be deployed on the Jaipur sector.
