MUMBAI: XL Telecom & Energy Ltd has approved an investment of $75 million for various projects.
The company plans to expand the capacity of solar photovoltaic module making plant from the existing 25 MW to 65 MW. It also plans to set up a solar photovoltaic cell plant with a capacity of 120 MW per annum.
To fund the projects, the company plans $40 million FCCB issue, issue of warrants up to 52,50,000 to promoters, take term loan up to Rs 140 crore.
