Vodafone new ROTO stores opened in Coimbatore

COIMBATORE: Telecommunications service provider Vodafone India today inaugurated its new look retail format ' ROTO' store here.

ROTO store is part of a first-of-its-kind retail initiative in the telecom sector, developed by Vodafone with the objective of providing an unmatched customer experience, Apoorva Mehrotra, Business Head, Tamil Nadu, Vodafone India, said in a release here.

The stores are designed and equipped to be 'future ready', to meet the needs and expectations of the customers of tomorrow and go well beyond being service centres, to offering live and engaging experience of Vodafone's complete range of products and offerings, he said.

The stores also include an eclectic range of latest smart phones with exciting data plans , pick up a 3G Dongle, customized plans, bundle offers, transfer contacts instantly from old phone to the new smart phone and experience a whole new world of possibilities in the 3G Zone and many more.

To further enhance the brand experience, customers can also choose from a range of genuine Vodafone Zoozoo merchandise at attractive prices, he said.

More such stores were slated to be opened in Tamil Nadu in the coming months, Mehrotra said.
