LONDON: British-based mobile phone giant Vodafone Group Plc said on Tuesday it had signed up equipment group Ericsson for a multi-million euro (dollar) deal to manage parts of its networks in Europe.
Vodafone said Swedish-based Ericsson would be responsible for the logistics, warehousing, repair and the replacement of
spare parts of its mobile networks in countries such as Germany, Spain and Portugal as part of a strategy to cut costs.
