Vodafone introduces '121' for tariff information

NEW DELHI: Telecom player Vodafone Essar of Friday launched new tariff advisory number 121 (toll free) for its prepaid and postpaid customers.

Vodafone customers can now dial 121 and take advise about the best plan suitable to them based on their usage pattern, Vodafone said in a statement.

This service was earlier available on the telephone number '888'.

In addition to tariff advisory services, customers would also be informed about the Value-added Services (VAS) and other promotional packs.
