Usha Martin launches telecom training academy

KOLKATA: Usha Martin on Tuesday launched a telecom training academy with support from UshaComm as knowledge partner.

Director of Usha Martin Academy Saugata Banerjee told reporters here that the academy would be the first of its kind in eastern India.

He said that with the boom in the telecom industry, candidates availing of the training would be able to find jobs with telecom operators, handset manufacturers and telecom resellers.

Banerjee said that academy would function as a finishing school to provide professionalise to the telecom industry as a whole.

The institute would specifically target candidates aspiring to make a career in telecommunications.
