Uninor launches 24x7 discount plan for users in Bihar

PATNA: Mobile service provider 'Uninor' on Monday launched an attractive 24x7 floating discount plan for subscribers in Bihar and Jharkhand.

The new plan has been devised to give the customers a discount ranging from five to 60 per cent round-the-clock depending on the time and location, the company's Executive Vice-President Alok Shankar told.

The discount plan will help Uninor increase utilisation of its network capacity in this circle, he said.

Describing the new pricing plan as an innovative product, Shankar said that his company has gone for optimum use of technology to provide a floating discount plan for its customers, the present and the potential ones.

Uninor, which launched its mobile service in Bihar and Jharkhand cirle in December 2009, has recorded a subscriber base of 5.9 lakh customers in Bihar and Jharkhand circle till March 2010.
