The best prepaid rechange plans under Airtel, Reliance Jio and Vodafone Idea

Following the Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) ruling by the Supreme Court earlier this year, telecom service providers across the country have raised the base prices of their voice and data plans. Still, the mobile tariffs are quite affordable now.

Here is a list of the current best prepaid plans from the three top telcos, available under Rs 700:

Airtel

Airtel has four plans - at Rs 298, Rs 349, Rs 449 and Rs 698 — that offer sufficient data and calling. Each of these offers 2GB data per day as well as unlimited calls. The Rs 298 and Rs 349 plans are valid for 28 days each, the Rs 449 one for 56 days, and the Rs 698 plan for 84 days.

Reliance Jio
The Mukesh Ambani-owned telecom company made a name for itself by launching the cheapest plans in the country. That still stands true, with Jio offerring three 2GB/day plans - at Rs 249, Rs 444 and Rs 549. All three plans of varying validity - 28 days, 56 days and 84 days respectively — have unlimited voice calling.

Vodafone Idea
Vodafone Idea, similarly, has three plans at Rs 299, Rs 499 and Rs 699. All three plans come with the added benefits of a Zee5 subscription and Vodafone's Play service in addition to the 2GB data per day. The three plans are valid for 28, 56 and 84 days.
