Resonia appoints Aditya Mittal as CFO

New Delhi: Transmission infrastructure company Resonia on Tuesday announced the appointment of Aditya Mittal as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Prior to joining Resonia, Aditya spent over 15 years with Siemens and Siemens Energy, most recently serving as Finance Head - Grid Solutions at Siemens Energy.

In his new role, Mittal will report to Prashant Sinha, CEO, Resonia and work towards strengthening the financial foundation as it advances its next phase of growth.

"His global experience and ability to navigate complex business environments will add significant strength to our leadership team. His perspective will help us make more informed decisions and strengthen governance as we move forward," Sinha said.
