Elon Musk’s Starlink crossed 9 million subscribers across 155 countries this month, up from 8 million in November and 7 million in August 2025, marking its fastest growth phase to date. Over the 47-day period, Starlink added a record 21,275 new customers on average per day, breaking its own previous record of 14,250 per day. As the satcom leader prepares to launch services in India in 2026, the market is expected to add around 1.5 million subscribers by FY30.
