If you submit these information, it can harm you in two ways.

First, these sites might be selling your contact information to telemarketing companies that constantly bother you regarding credit cards, loans or other offers.

Secondly, these sites may also steal your personal details that may be used for any online banking or credit/debit card fraud.

Important thing to note over here is that Jio official site doesn't have any information regarding any such offer.

So when you receive these kind of messages, always try too avoid these offers or if at all you wish to try, always authenticate the information from the company website.
