Airtel teams up with Vultr to offer cloud solutions for enterprise clients

Airtel has announced a strategic partnership with Vultr to offer cloud solutions to enterprise customers. The partnership will open up a suite of solutions including cloud compute, infrastructure and GPU services to India’s digital ecosystem, the telco said.

Vultr, the world’s largest privately-held cloud computing company will help Airtel’s enterprise customers to gain global reach and cost-performance advantage to build, test and run demanding cloud workloads, Airtel said in a press release.

“Our partnership with Vultr comes at a very exciting time as the country continues to aggressively embrace 5G technology and increasingly adopt digital solutions as a way of doing business,” said Ganesh Lakshminarayan, CEO, Enterprise, Airtel Business.


The cloud solutions will be hosted in data centers in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi NCR. The cloud services will be offered as part of the enterprise solutions. These include Cloud Compute and Optimised Cloud Compute, Cloud GPU and fractionalised GPU offerings for advanced workloads tied into AI, machine learning, HPC, analytics, visual computing, and gaming use cases.
