Airtel Business rejigs leadership as CEO Ajay Chitkara quits

Bharti Airtel said on Monday its chief executive at Airtel Business has vacated office and the enterprise mobile and data services provider will thus operate as separated channel segments with new leaders.

"Ajay Chitkara, CEO Airtel Business, has decided to move on from Airtel. He will continue with the company until the third week of August 2023," India's telecom services provider Bharti Airtel said in a stock exchange filing.

Airtel Business will operate as three business and channel segments – Global business, led by Vani Venkatesh, Domestic business, led by Ganesh Lakshminarayanan, and Nxtra Data Centers, led by Ashish Arora, it added.


Airtel Business is a provider of ICT services with offerings to enterprises, governments, carriers, MNO’s and small and medium businesses.
