Tata Teleservices launches bonus loyalty programme

CHANDIGARH: Tata Teleservices on Friday announced the launch of bonus point loyalty programme for Tata Indicom Smart PCO Operators, which will give them an opportunity to win a house worth 20 lakhs through a lucky draw.

"This loyalty programme is designed to reward our operators who help in providing an enriching experience of Tata Indicom products and services to our customers as well as strengthen and expand our customer base," Tata Teleservices Circle Operating Officer (Punjab) Subhash Arya, said in a release issued here.

To participate in the scheme, Happy Home Hungama, the operator needs to call 1281 and request the customer service representative to register them and only registered operator would be eligible for gifts under the scheme.

Post the registration, the operator would be given a "Scheme Registration number", serving as a reference code for all further communication on the scheme. Every time the operator generates revenue worth Rs 10 he accumulates one point. To avail the offer each operator needs to achieve a minimum slab of 4,000 points, the release said.
