Tata Indicom launches Internet radio service

Tata Indicom Monday launched mobile Internet radio-live streaming radio-casts in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.

MUMBAI: Tata Indicom Monday launched mobile Internet radio-live streaming radio-casts in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.

Cell Radio Links, the BREW application from US-based Locate-It Info, offers a bouquet of 41 international and local radio stations.

The service will initially be available on select mobile phone models like Motorazr V3C, Samsung Wideo and Motorola World Phone at a subscription charge of Rs 25 for 15 days across all Tata Indicom circles.

The service will offer international music, news and sports radio stations like Bloomberg, BBC, CNN, Fox Radio, ESPN Radio and Seattle WM.
