Tata Docomo's SME business growth at 20% in 2012-13

Tata Docomo's SME business achieved about 20 per cent growth during 2012-13 financial year as against the industry growth of 8 per cent.

KOLKATA: Tata Docomo's SME business achieved about 20 per cent growth during 2012-13 financial year as against the industry growth of 8 per cent, Tata Teleservices President, SME, Prateek Pashine said here today.

"We are targeting a 20 per cent revenue growth and a revenue marketshare in excess of 10 per cent," Pashine said.

He said that the company has a base of over 7.5 lakh customers with 3,500 resources and over 1,200 channel partners nationally.

Pashine said that Tata Docomo was consistently delivering incremental value to its SME customers through customised processes innovative delivery models, leveraging its wide network footprint and enhanced service support.

"Our marketshare in FY 2012-13 was 10.4 per cent, and in FY 2013-14, we aim the same to increase to 11.2 per cent, with the revenue growth of 20 per cent'', Pashine added.
