MUMBAI: Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd, provider of technology-enabled services, today said it will be setting up a call centre for the railway inquiry system.
In a filing on the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company informed that it had received a Letter of Intent from the Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) for setting up of the centre and final details of the project would be known soon.
The operational details and financials of the project including capex and revenues are being structured and the same would be finalised in due course and thereafter the contract would be signed and executed.
Shares of the city-based company were trading at Rs 174.85, down 0.31 per cent on the BSE.
