Reliance Communications launches special pack in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI: Reliance Communications, flagship of the Reliance Group, has launched a new prepaid pack for Tamil Nadu customers offering local and STD calls at five paise.

"The pack will enable customers to call any local Reliance numbers at five paise for 30 seconds and other local calls at Rs five paise per 10 seconds", a company statement said.

"All STD calls would be available at Rs five paise per four seconds", it said.

The customers would also be get full talk time on all recharges from Rs 50 onwards and would be available for a period of six months from date of activation of the SIM card, it said.

"..this initiative empowers customers to pay only for the duration they talk at the most compelling price. Providing enhanced value for money, the plan will enable customers in Tamil Nadu at the best available market tariff for calls", Reliance Communications, South-Regional Head, IVJ Pradeep said.
