MUMBAI: Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group's telecom arm Reliance Communications Ltd has said it will consider its financial results for the first quarter of 2006-07 on July 31.
The board of directors would consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended June 30, at the meeting to be held on July 31, RCL informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The current financial year of the company is for a period of 15 months from January 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007, it added.
Earlier, another telecom major Bharti Airtel Ltd had informed the BSE that it would consider and take on record the audited financial results for the first quarter at a meeting to be held on July 26.
