MUMBAI: Reliance Communications and Research in Motion (RIM) on Tuesday announced the launch of BlackBerry Curve 8330 smartphone in the country.
The product, which hits the markets today, will enable RCom's customers a powerful combination of communications and multimedia capabilities, the company said in a press release here.
"The smartphone is now available at more than 500 stores across the top 20 towns. This will enable our customers to enhance their mobile communications," Reliance Communications Applications Solutions Group's, President, Mahesh Prasad, said.
The phone features a 2 megapixel camera, advanced multimedia capabilities and premium phone features along with the sophisticated BlackBerry platform, the company said.
The product is priced at Rs 25,990.
