Nokia gives 'smart' makeover to phones

Coinciding with the 3GSM in Barcelona, Nokia this week took the wraps off six new products, three aimed at the growing business user segment and three hot, new gizmos designed for the consumer market.

In an effort to grab a larger slice of the enterprise mobility pie, the Finish mobile giant has unveiled three new business phones and a new version of its server-based Mobile Suite platform, Intellisync Mobile Suite 8.0. Each of the new offerings have integrated 3G and wireless LAN technologies in addition to running the Symbian-based S60 software platform.
