Kavveri Telecom acquires technology, IPR form US co
Telecom technology company Kavveri Telecom Products said it has acquired technology, intellectual property rights and patents of cellular infrastructure base station antenna line from US-based PCTEL Inc.

MUMBAI: Telecom technology company Kavveri Telecom Products on Monday said it has acquired technology, intellectual property rights and patents of cellular infrastructure base station antenna line from US-based PCTEL Inc for an undisclosed amount.
Kavveri Telecom acquired the antenna line of erstwhile Ireland-based Sigma Wireless, from PCTEL Inc, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
As per the deal the company gets access to the customers and vendors of Sigma Wireless in Europe, it added.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 159.15, up 4.29 per cent on BSE in morning trade.
