Etisalat DB opens second contact centre in India

NEW DELHI: Cheers Mobile Services, the GSM brand from Etisalat DB Telecom, has opened its second contact centre in the national capital region, Noida.

Etisalat DB, which is a joint venture between UAE-based Etisalat and Indian firm Dynamix Balwas Group, has an end-to- end outsourcing partnership with Tech Mahindra for north and south regions.

Besides, it has built a telecom network in the Indian market with an investment of USD 900 million.

"These contact centres align with our long-term commitment in India and are in line with our global strategy of customer focus, innovation and market leadership," Etisalat DB said in a statement.

While Tech Mahindra is responsible for managing Etisalat DB's services in North and South India, West and Central India are to be managed by Aegis.
