Telecom equipment maker Ericsson said on Thursday it had reached an agreement to buy the assets of Finnish software company Distocraft.

STOCKHOLM: Telecom equipment maker Ericsson said on Thursday it had reached an agreement to buy the assets of Finnish software company Distocraft.
Ericsson did not give a value for the deal but said Distocraft had 42 employees and specialises in software development for mobile network performance management.
