New Delhi: State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) reported a 10% on-year growth in operational revenues to ₹4,418 crore in Q1FY27, driven by growth across consumer mobility and enterprise business though the consumer broadband segment saw a marginal decline, minister of telecommunications Jyotiraditya Scindia said.

The telco reported a ₹2.7 rise in average revenue per user to ₹102.7 in the quarter ended June 30, 2026 for its consumer mobility business. ARPU for its consumer fixed access segment remained flat, Scindia said at a strategic review meeting with top officials of the company on Monday.

"I'm very glad to report that we have three engines within BSNL and we are firing on all three engines," Scindia said. He added that the reported revenues are business accruals and does not include other income of the telco.
