Bharti Airtel rolls out 3G services in Kolkata

KOLKATA: Telecom major Bharti airtel, operating in 19 countrties across Asia and Africa, today announced launching of 3G services in the city.

A press release of the company said here that more than 3.6 million-plus airtel mobile customerrs across Kolkata would now be able to experience the 3G advantage and enjoy a host of innovative service capabilities.

Airtel 3G services, it said, would be available for customers in Kolkata from midnight tonight. Airtel also offers highspeed 3G USB data cards, the release said.
